Mr. Kevin J. Pimlott has been employed in the automotive industry for more than 30 years, holding progressively increasing positions as a professional engineer and manager. He has a broad knowledge of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing, and business processes. His principal roles have been in electrical management and enterprise business process design; directing design and development programs, advanced products and re-design of business processes, at a senior level. Throughout 1996-2012, he served as Vice President for Yazaki North America (YNA) in Advanced Products and Environmental Initiatives; and VP of Design and Development where he was responsible for electronics, instrumentation, and switch product development. Before joining YNA, Kevin Pimlott held progressive senior management positions at Jaguar Cars, Ltd. UK (1978 – 1996). Mr. Pimlott has undergone extensive management professional and supervising training. He received his education in the United Kingdom in Automotive Engineering – BS equivalent. He is a true expert in all aspects of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and manufacturing in the automotive industry, as well as an experienced and qualified manager.

Mr. Rajesh Narayanan has over 22 years of experience in the Automotive and Telecommunications Industry with many accomplishments. Throughout his tenure, Rajesh has held management level positions with a proven track record in a variety of key fields, including automotive electrical applications, hybrids, and system optimization. Equipped with substantial international experience and adept networking skills, Rajesh is an innovative leader with unique knowledge of product development and automotive electrical architecture. He has designed and developed industry-leading automotive components, including electrical distribution systems. Most notable, Rajesh was honored by Automotive News with special distinction and earned a coveted spot on Electrifying 100 List for most influential players in electric-powered vehicle industry. As a successful manager, he has consistently earned high-profile promotions and industry honors for unmatched leadership skills and development of revenue-generating ventures. Most recently, he led a diverse team of 25 professionals, including managers, supervisors, special advisors, designers and engineers. Many of his business strengths are centered on creating and maintaining extensive annual budgets, business development, product strategy, and technical sales. Rajesh has a Bachelors Degree in Electronics and Communications from Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore, India.
